Social Worker – L.I.S.C.W or L.C.S.W

Great Life work Balance position with tuition reimbursement offered! Our client is seeing a licensed Social Worker who is passionate about providing quality care to the geriatric population.

The Social Worker will participate in daily team meetings and will work with the interdisciplinary team to assess and develop appropriate care plans for the participants. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments and will coordinate facility admissions and discharges, as needed. The Social Worker will work closely with family members to educate them on all available community resources.

This is a full-time, Monday- Friday 8-4 position; no nights, weekends or holidays!

*Current MA Social Work License – LICSW or LCSW

*Master of Social Work

*1+ years Social Work experience, specifically working with the geriatric population

*Ability to work collaborate in a team as well as independently

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
