RN Hospice Clinical Manager

The  Hospice Clinical Manager will work for a home health and hospice agency,  The Clinical Manager will supervise, educate, coordinate and direct the provision of home health nursing services and case management processes; implement appropriate nursing clinical programs and initiative; make referral to other disciplines as appropriate; maintain industry knowledge and nursing best practice standards; participate in clinical development and continuing education programs

The candidate should possess excellent clinical, assessment, computer, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

Requirement and Qualifications for the Hospice Clinical Manager - RN :

RI and or MA Nurse License Required

BSN is preferred

3+ years of recent management and supervisory

2+ years in an acute care setting

2+ year Hospice

1+ years Home setting required
