RN Hospice Case Manager

• Hospice RN Case Manager – Full-time, weekday position, Monday-Friday


• Hospice RN – 32 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday, 1 pm – 9 pm


• Hospice Baylor RN  - 24 hour week, Saturday- Sunday, 8 am-8 pm and get paid for 32 hours per week!


• Hospice Triage RN – 32 hours per week, Thursday-Sunday (Saturday & Sunday may be remote) day position

• MA RN License 


• BSN preferred


• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills


• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure


• Strong organizational skills


• Effective communicator and patient listener


• 1+ years Hospice experience a plus


• Valid MA driver’s license
