Job Description :
The RN position is for a Home Health and Hospice agency in RI and southeastern MA. The position is for a Home Care Case Manager or Hospice Case Manager. The position is full time either 40 hours workday or will consider a 32 hour work week. This is a M-F day position with an every 4th week weekend rotation.
Requirements include
Licensed RN in RI and/or MA
1+ years of acute experience
1+ years in Home care as an RN or RN hospice care visiting patients for care
