Great Opportunity for Registered Nurses in Peabody with flexibility to work from home! We are seeking an RN Case Manager for this very well established and reputable Medicare Certified Home Health Care agency. Our client is dedicated to delivering quality patient care to those with chronic or psychiatric illnesses. Currently we have multiple openings in the Lynn/Peabody area, for evening 12 p.m - 8 p.m. shifts. Start your workday at home or in one of the conveniently located offices from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. completing administrative tasks before heading on the road for patient visits from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. This is a Monday-Friday position, no nights or weekends required. Required Qualifications :
*RN w/ current MA Licensure
*Recent Home Health Care experience with a Medicare Certified Agency
*Psychiatric nursing experience
*CPR Certification
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*MA Driver’s License with available means for transportation
