Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager
Great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to join the team of this well established and reputable hospice agency! This non-profit hospice agency, voted as one of the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare”, is one of the largest hospice agencies in MA that services communities throughout Eastern Massachusetts. The Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager will lead an interdisciplinary team consisting of RN's, LPN's, and Hospice Aides, servicing patients in LTC and Assisted Living Community settings. Required Qualifications :
- MA Licensed Registered Nurse
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in hospice, LTC, oncology, or home care
- 3+ years management/supervisory experience.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
